At that time, Ha thought that she would only work as a temporary garment worker and then find another job. However, the factory has many activities, the challenges in work to conquer have made the young girl gradually fall in love with the factory. Capital is agile, she can catch up quickly, she is assigned by her superiors to sew new models, while many people are afraid to move to a new stage because they are not familiar with their hands, reduced productivity, and low wages.
"The feeling of successfully completing a difficult stage makes me very happy," recalled Ha. At that time, to encourage workers in the factory, the director put a year-end bonus for the best person in his pocket. For many years in a row, female workers have won bonuses. Three years later, when her superiors competed for a city-level skilled worker contest, Ms. Ha and her teammates received the third prize in the collective. From that achievement, she was transferred to the technical department, specializing in instructing workers to sew new patterns.
To improve her knowledge, she enrolled in a college of sewing technology. New models are quickly deployed by her, and exported goods are highly appreciated by partners. With her constant efforts, she was promoted by leaders through many positions from shift leader, foreman and currently is the director of production zone 1 with nearly 800 workers, specializing in making vestons, high-end products of Nha Trang garment.
