The average monthly income of city workers continued to increase compared to the previous quarter; Ho Chi Minh City is the locality with the highest average monthly income of workers in the country (9.1 million VND).

In which, 4 key industries include mechanical industry; electronics-information technology; processing food concentrates; pharmaceutical-rubber chemistry needs from 271,510 to 322,897 jobs. The textile and footwear industries are also forecast to attract a large number of skilled workers both now and in the future.
Improve the quality of human resources
The People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has just issued a decision on the High-Quality Human Resource Training Program in the city until 2025.
