“COVID GREEN CARD” - ISSUES NEED TO KNOW!

Thus, it has been more than 3 months since Ho Chi Minh City and a number of southern provinces and cities implemented the social distancing order to prevent Covid - 19. In addition, the Government's efforts and determination to repel the epidemic Government, Ministry of Health and the entire population. But completely stamping out the epidemic, bringing the number of infections back to zero is almost impossible in a short time. Because of the nature of this epidemic, it has spread and penetrated deeply into the community. And the implementation of the current wide-ranging social distancing also entails a lot of economic damage. Enterprises are "exhausted" because of the burden of costs, loss of customers, contract penalties, .... Employees are unemployed, leaving a heavy burden of living worries. Besides, there is the risk of FDI inflows withdrawing from the Vietnamese market due to the long distance and all activities are stalled. Along with many other problems that still exist and will continue to arise if the epidemic situation still has no positive signs or we have not found the optimal solution.

Because of these reasons, Ho Chi Minh City - One of the key economic zones of the country, also a place heavily affected by the Covid-19 epidemic, has planned a plan to ease social distancing in the near future. future time under certain conditions. Ensure harmonization with economic activities in the spirit of "Harmonious interests - Freedom to share", "As far as safety is concerned, open the door, open the door must be safe". In which, the City has calculated the roadmap for opening up and recovering the economy, which is expected to be implemented in 3 phases and stipulates the issuance of "COVID GREEN CARD" from the electronic database system.

This is something that has been considered and planned to be implemented in the near future after a long period of time all activities are temporarily "frozen". Based on the above tentative plan, we can also see that vaccination is a top prerequisite for being granted a green card or a yellow card, thereby participating in activities regulated by each other level. together. Therefore, each individual should take full vaccination to protect themselves, protect their families and communities, as well as help accelerate the process of bringing life back to full normal.
