Not stopping there, during the tracing process, a worker of Vinatex Bac Lieu Factory was found to be F0, although this worker did not come to the factory during the period from August 23 to work because of the social distancing order. festival. However, more than 800 factory workers were taken to quarantine on the night of August 28 without any trace of contact history with F0, even those who worked from home from the early days of the outbreak. and it is almost impossible to be exposed to F0 at the Factory and still be quarantined. In our opinion, this is a somewhat "rigid" decision, causing great difficulties for the Factory,

     On the afternoon of September 18, Chairman of Bac Lieu Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thieu signed a decision to apply social distancing measures in the province according to the level of risk.

     Accordingly, localities in the province are eased one step further by applying social distancing under the Prime Minister's directive 19, including Gia Rai town and Vinh Loi, Phuoc Long, Hong Dan and Dong Hai districts.
