“Looking back at VSC from its inception until now, it can be said that it has gone through 3 main difficult stages.
The first stage was the first 3 years of establishment, a challenging period for a young enterprise, gradually finding its place in the market. Despite the hardships, with the determination of the collective, VSC has gradually shaped its position and direction.
However, immediately after that, the Covid-19 pandemic suddenly broke out and lasted for nearly 2 years, causing all production and business activities to be seriously affected. In that context, VSC still steadfastly overcame, not only standing firm but also achieving positive results after the pandemic.
By 2023, we will face another challenge - the global crisis that has broken the supply chain, severely reduced orders, directly affecting production results business of the entire system.

But with the spirit of solidarity, proactive adaptation and creativity, up to now - after the first 6 months of 2025 - VSC has recorded very positive signals, even exceeding the planned targets assigned by the Group in 2025.
On this occasion, on behalf of the VSC Executive Board, I would like to sincerely thank the Chairman of the Board of Directors - Mr. Pham Phu Cuong for directly visiting and working at 3 factories of VSC on May 17, 2024, promptly directing, removing difficulties, creating motivation and being a major turning point for VSC to achieve today's results.

In addition, we would like to thank the customers who have accompanied VSC since its establishment; thank the leaders of Nha Be Garment Corporation for always being a support and always supporting VSC; and especially, thank all VSC employees, who have continuously contributed, stuck together, and stood side by side with the company to overcome many ups and downs to achieve today's achievements.

Entering the second half of the remaining journey of 2025, continuing the achievements of the first 6 months of the year. VSC will have to continuously learn, innovate and make more breakthroughs in the coming time to achieve better results and must be determined to uphold the motto of action: "Quality is honor - Labor productivity is intelligence."

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee also organized a teambuilding program with the theme: "Elite human resources - Accompanying technology - Breakthrough to reach far", the program brought an exciting atmosphere, determination, and enthusiastic solidarity to enter the breakthrough period for the last 6 months of the year. After the team building trip, it is hoped that each employee will be re-energized with positive energy, accelerating the implementation of the remaining goals of the last 6 months of 2025, making 2025 a milestone of outstanding development - not only in terms of production and business results but also in terms of human resource quality, brand reputation and workers' lives.
